Do Digital Agency (DoDA) was chosen to work with them thanks to recommendations from both Rio Architects and Savills. The brief was to provide premium 3D collateral to allow the properties to be sold off-plan, specifically the two luxurious penthouses apartments, which enjoy unparalleled views and sumptuous finishes.

The apartments presented a challenge due to their unorthodox but spacious layout, which provided difficult for prospective buyers to envisage living in.

During the scoping sessions, several 3D services were considered, but after careful deliberation CGI Imagery and Interactive 360’s were decided to be the most effective and appropriate services. Using these services DoDA were able to provide a package of 3D content which could be used across a variety of platforms and media.

Using DoDA’s Interactive 360 Tours and CGI imagery the penthouse spaces were transformed from empty rooms to fully furnished, indulgent digital spaces. The result allowed users to envisage how their dream apartment might look, stimulating their imagination and promoting the sale of the space.

The virtual experience was so successful that one penthouse apartment sold within a week of the 3D content being made available online.
