Newly built office space situated in the heart of the lively London Borough of Lambeth, Brixton. Working with the local council, architects and property agents, Do Digital Agency produced a suite of digital content to help market the development.
Do Digital Agency (DoDA) we’re appointed to develop several marketing images to help promote the off-plan sale of a brand new two-storey office development, offering spaces between 6,000 to 16,000SQFT. In addition to the imagery DoDA we’re asked to create a revised brand identity, website, and brochures to house the imagery and other marketing Content. Using 2D plans provided by the architect, DoDA we’re able to convert the space into a 3D model before curating and styling several images including Cat A and Cat B offices, contemporary tea points, and lucrative private balconies. Spaces anyone would love to move back to the office for.
Whilst the images were being sculpted within the CGI team, the Creative team had the sizable task of curating the content, sourcing the information, and harnessing all this within a website that matched the properties’ aspirations. The building, located in the heart of Brixton, needed to fit in with the culture whilst appealing to the wider audience. The local demographic dictated a cool, café culture that welcomed boutique starter businesses as well as global corporate companies.
Through several scoping sessions and detailed content analysis, DoDA was able to refine the building identity and subsequent digital marketing collateral to ensure the brief was met accurately, efficiently, and beautifully. The website and brochures allowed the agent and client quick and easy access to the perfect assortment of content to promote the building before any brick and mortar met.
