We’re now looking for a Technical Artist with Unreal Engine expertise to help bring our environments and ideas to life. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where your input has a real impact.

The Role

As a Technical Artist, you’ll be responsible for building and optimising real-time visual experiences using Unreal Engine. You’ll work closely with our artists and designers to develop high-quality interactive content for architectural and small-scale projects.

Responsibilities

 
  • Develop real-time interactive scenes using Unreal Engine Blueprints.
  • Use Unreal’s modelling tools to create and edit 3D environments.
  • Optimise assets and lighting for performance and quality.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver polished, high-impact visuals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to workflow improvements.

What We’re Looking For

 
  • Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine, especially Blueprints and in-editor modelling tools.
  • Experience working with 3ds Max for asset creation and preparation using Datasmith.
  • Solid grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and After Effects.
  • A creative eye and a technical mind – capable of balancing performance with aesthetics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a small team setting.
  •  

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

 
  • Knowledge of procedural generation or photogrammetry workflows.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g. Git, Perforce).
  • Background in architectural visualisation or interactive media.
  • Unity Experience
