Located in the vibrant heart of Brixton, within the London Borough of Lambeth, this newly developed office space is designed to meet the needs of modern businesses. Working in close collaboration with the local council, architects, and property agents, Do Digital Agency (DoDA) was appointed to create a comprehensive suite of digital marketing content to support the off-plan sales of the two-storey development, offering spaces ranging from 6,000 to 16,000 SQFT.
DoDA was commissioned to produce a range of high-quality marketing imagery, alongside a full brand identity refresh, website design, and promotional brochures. Using 2D architectural plans, our team translated the development into a detailed 3D model, from which we crafted a series of curated visual assets, including Cat A and Cat B office layouts, stylish tea points, and desirable private balconies. These visuals brought the space to life, creating offices that people could genuinely picture themselves returning to.
While the CGI team shaped the visual story, our Creative team got to work building the narrative — sourcing and refining content, designing a brand presence, and delivering a website that embodied the ambition of the building. The development needed to speak to both Brixton’s dynamic local character and a broader professional audience. With its café-culture vibe and entrepreneurial spirit, the area offered a unique opportunity to attract boutique start-ups as well as established global firms.
Through collaborative workshops and detailed content planning, DoDA shaped a compelling brand identity and suite of digital assets that accurately reflected the vision for the building. The final website and brochures provided agents and stakeholders with easy access to a polished, strategic marketing toolkit — long before the first brick was laid.
