We are seeking talented Architectural & Interior 3D Artists to join our growing creative team in Cardiff, working on a range of high-quality interior, product and exterior visualisation and interactive projects. This role is available on a full-time or contractual basis, with opportunities for both office-based and remote work.

As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for producing visually striking CGI, animations, and fly-throughs across sectors such as residential, commercial, and retail. You will collaborate closely with designers and clients, interpreting briefs and delivering creative solutions that meet both aesthetic and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of experience, strong skills in 3ds Max and V-Ray, and a keen eye for detail. You should be a creative problem solver, comfortable working to deadlines, and capable of managing workloads effectively while maintaining high-quality output. Teamwork, communication, and a passion for design are essential to succeed in this role.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience. You will be a creative thinker, problem solver and have the capacity to add value through design intelligence to enrich projects. Strong attention to detail is an absolute must to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to all our clients, both locally and globally. This position requires experience in animation/fly-through.

You will be comfortable working in a team, promoting the sharing of ideas and technical skills, with the ability to communicate well, bringing personality to projects and interacting with others at a creative and personable level. To be successful within the role, we’re looking for someone who is not afraid of a tight deadline, feels comfortable working under pressure and can encourage similar behaviours within our team. You must demonstrate a good understanding of the commercial realities and be sympathetic to the client’s expectations and requirements. You must have the ability to take a comprehensive brief and negotiate deadlines and workloads.

Your portfolio should demonstrate a variety of commercial, hospitality, residential and retail projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Self-motivated and a good team player with a strong focus on quality client experience.
Create realistic V-Ray materials and lighting.
Skills with 3D Studio Max and Vr-Ray rendering engine.
Proven record in creating high-quality 3D visualisations with advanced modeling skills. Strong animation skills – ability to create fly-through and animate/rig silhouette or 3D people for architecture projects.
