I really enjoyed working with the team on the Addington project. While I had worked with some of the team before, this felt like a slightly different experience and a very positive one.

When I joined the initial scoping call, I expected it to be Amelia and perhaps one other person. It was a pleasant surprise to see a larger team involved, listening to the brief and discussing the project in a collaborative way. That immediately gave me confidence that everyone was engaged and invested in delivering the right outcome.

The communication throughout the project was excellent. The team were consistently visible, proactive and engaged, regularly checking in and keeping things moving. That level of communication made a real difference and is something we'd love to see more of.
