To satisfy the client’s requirements for high-end visualisation, a series of test renders were created. Once we had the approval for the process of 3D modeling, we began adding the texturing and lighting. Our drive for perfection and our in-house expertise was the perfect solution for Elevate Property Group to showcase their work and inspire potential buyers. Depending on the project, we create a series of internal, exterior and photomontage renders. This is a perfect way to showcase how new developments will fit into its surroundings and how an existing property will be re-invented.
