Opening for the 2027 academic year, The Fitzroy is an exciting new PBSA development in Cardiff, combining 335 high-quality studio apartments with an extensive collection of 15 resident amenities in a prime city location. Our challenge was to communicate that vision through content that could capture both the quality of the development and the lifestyle it promises.
Our team delivered enhanced architectural CGI and AI cinematic video, transforming the original visual content into engaging motion designed to showcase the interiors, amenities, atmosphere and finer details of the scheme, giving audiences an exciting first look at this new Cardiff destination.
The project went far beyond simply generating AI video. Our creative and artist teams managed the process from initial planning and storyboarding through to shot selection, AI prompting, cinematic camera direction, generation, editing and final production. Every sequence was considered as part of the wider story.
Combining AI video production with enhanced CGI allowed us to move quickly and efficiently, creating rich media content within a significantly accelerated production workflow. The result is a cinematic launch film that focuses on lifestyle, design and experience—helping transform a collection of architectural images into a compelling story for The Fitzroy.
